He reportably was stalking Jennifer and she was slain at a local mall as he reportably stabbed her 14 times and then decapitates her then walks around with her head stunning on lookers with horror before a local Motorcyclist David who noticed him rambling "god is on earth" and David threw his Helmet David realising what he was holding in disgust Deyan was apprehended, no motive has been established yet.
